Last week, Nest Los Angeles opened its doors to the Refugee Children Center community. We are thrilled to launch the first program of its kind in Los Angeles: a free early childhood education program for newly arriving migrant families in the San Fernando Valley.
For our team, opening day was an emotional one as we saw our first domestic program for refugee families come to life. We are grateful to our partners at the Refugee Children Center for joining us in this endeavor.
We are also deeply grateful to you – our supporters – who have made this program possible. Because of your generosity, Nest Los Angeles is able to provide free, high quality early education to migrant and asylum-seeking families in our own local community.
Thank you for supporting this important project.
